Code of Conduct
Is it ethical if u accepted the invitation for taking care of a specific field of a rival with your old company which's "created" your skills & experiences in that field after leaving the company? (You'd left old company already and you're working for another company not relating to the field of old company)

Yes, banking, investment, software, sales of any kind just do that unless there is a close of non-competition that you have signed before leaving or better when you signed your employment. saying "you cannot do this or that for x-month after leaving". this is the employer duty to protect themselves by paying you accordingly but they cannot abuse having you sign anything.
Imagine you are the best heart surgeon in the country and the hospital ask you to sign an agreement when you live you cannot work for a competing hospital taking care of heart patients... You cannot work for the rest of your life!!!-
