A relationship is built on mutual benefits. How can we reach to people who have different businesses compared to ours?
By chances, I've seen many people making a good communication and building a strong relationship with friends, partners, even in different businesses with the one he's doing. What is the basic for those relationship?
It seems that people always expect to expand their network reaching people or businesses that bring mutual benefits. Does it mean that we should not aim at people who works in different fields?

Hello Ms. Van Anh,
There is a quite interesting opposite thinking between us. I am one of those who prefer to make friends with people who work in different fields from me.:) It's because I think that people working in the same field, sometimes, hesitate in sharing "many things". Meanwhile, you can learn many NEW things from friends who work in another field and feel more comfortable when sharing your knowledge. The less you know about the partner, the more interesting you feel about them. Unless you don't like to make friend with someone who doesn't share a lot of things in common with you. This differs from person to person, I suppose.:) Moreover, it depends on how big your dream is. Like, if you want to become a professional leader in the future, you will want to make friend with people who work in many different fields, I swear! :) Make friends and learn from each other. We learn from them and they do in return, too. Still bring mutual benefits, don't it? :)
