    You need to make sure that people share the same understanding of the words and concepts, policies, rules and regulations. This can be achieved through dialogue, constant reinforcement, leading by example. These actions are critical in "embedding" the new corporate values in an organisation with a vastly different culture.
    I believe in strict implementation of rules and regulations, associated with constructive dialogue on how to "live our values" for the benefits of all.
