The fact is that employers pay the bills, fees, when a HH brings in a new candidate.  This can be sees as the pure fucntion of economics, but it is also short sighted and HH's should be able to strike up an equally important and engaging relationship with the candidate, who one day could be their client!  Good HH's are brand embassadors for their clients and they should always be thinking about good customer service and leaving a positive impression of their clients' on all candidates.  In my view, you need a candidate and an employer to make a match and to create and capture value, so both sides and equal halves of the placement equastion.  If you are not getting good treatement or proper attention from your HH, perhaps it is time to seek out another.
