    Hi Mai.  Thank you for your question.  A good headhunter (HH) will always be buidling his/her network and that means connecting with solid, high potential up and coming managers and executives, as well as those already in the senior level roles.  HHs must identify and attract talent for current clients and for clients' future talent needs. 

    You can attract the attention of employers and headhunters by just being good at what you do, achieving your targets, monetary or otherwise, which demonstrate your value to the organization, and tactfully showcasing these achievements and your knowledge and creativity.  Good headhunters can spot these characteristics of a talented executive and a future executive but you must get out there and network, and find avenues to demonstrate your abilities and competencies, through writing articles, blogs, attending speaking events (and speaking!), and be active in business and social associations.  These activities will certainly attract attention.
