    All CFO, COO, CMO can be potential successors of CEO. However, it is not about the positions. It is about the person’s capabilities. A CEO would want to see the following capabilities in his/her successors:
    - Visionary and strategic
    - Strong communication skills
    - A genuine bias toward flexibility. In today fast changing economy, those who are too rigid can not be abe to cope, survive and thrive
    - Exhibiting appropriate leadership style and strong peope skills
    - Cultural fit - not only with one office location but with all company's network: must be culturally compatible in order to build relationships and add true value.
