A survey of Harvard Business School (conducted in early 2011) revealed that time CEOs spent with company insiders is correlated with profits; time spent with outsiders is not, and a possible interpretation is that spending time with outsiders might be more beneficial to the CEO than to the firm. Hi Ami,
It is all about team. The best part for me being the boss at Aon Vietnam is feelling happy of having supportive colleagues around me. The most challenge is change management through deveopment stages – how to ensure the team accept and adapt with changes of the new development stage. In many cases, it requires change of mindset of people. It is not an easy process.-
