Human factor (both owner and partners) play an important role in the success of an organization. A leader must know how to boost people’s productivity, knowleade and passion so that they feel like part of the success as well as desire to devote their youth and strength to make ideas come true.

Personally, I keep learning to improve myself in order to lead better. My leaning tips are: As an eager learner, I get information quickly from what I observe. But to classify and evaluate that information I tent to meet and learn directly from people have real experiences. Then I make a comparison between theories & practice before making my own judgment.
