I. ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assistant Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for developing and managing Anphabe’s digital-based marketing initiatives and networking event series to build and sustain strong relationships with community, drive new members and traffic.

- Develop & execute marketing initiatives according to annual marketing calendar to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross functions and outside agencies/suppliers/vendors to implement marketing campaigns in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage networking events & other special events including event budgets, direct mails, vendors, logistics, on-site staff; ensure appropriate & consistent brand communication.
- Based on deep understanding of the community, develop & implement e-mail marketing campaigns, partnership programs to drive new members and traffic, sustain strong relationships with community
- Implement & optimize weekly newsletters, e-mail marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM campaigns and social media activities.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

B. REQUIREMENTS: 

- Bachelor degree, major in Marketing/Business Administration will be preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience in Marketing industry or related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
- Experienced in an online/digital marketing role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Creative, passion for Internet and marketing services
- Detail-oriented, initiative, energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Have a great sense of ownership and responsibility

SENIOR PHP DEVELOPER

A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior PHP Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the product development and release cycle including front-end, back-end, database and system development. Specific responsibilities of the candidate will include:

- Study and translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- Participate in designing, developing and implementing web application projects.
- Implement web applications by using modern php web frameworks & cms framework
- Investigate inefficiencies in the current systems, recommend changes, and develop those changes
- Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements.
- Prepare technical documentation as required.

B. REQUIREMENTS:

- More than 2+ years experience in software development / web development
- Solid experienced in various web applications development using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, XML...
- Solid experienced with object-oriented programming
- Solid experience in php-frameworks, content management systems and web applications architect
- Familiar and understanding Drupal CMS is a plus
- Strong creative problem solving skills and analytical abilities are required.
- Experienced with SOA architecture is a plus
- Experienced with Linux/Unix System Administration is a plus
- Familiar with software development processes
- Enthusiastic, honest, flexible, and hard working, 
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to achieve results
- Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
- Aptitude to learn quickly
