@Thuc Anh,As far as I know when we are talking about appropriated funds that we using funds without permission or asking our partner, trying to delay the bill or due payment and getting use of that. Ex: you have a contact that getting or in the due date, but you are not make the payment to your partner, you keep it in your bank or doing something with this money some more days just like you forget about it until they ask you to pay that... so it's seem we are not going to get a " win - win " situation on this case.
