Lý thuyết thì đúng như vây nhưng thực tế cũng không hẳn. Mỗi doanh nghiệp có những đặc thù riêng. Có những doanh nghiệp có những phòng ban nhiều khi đẻ ra tưởng chừng không để làm gì hoặc thừa vì không đóng góp nhiều vào kết quả hoạt động SXKD nhưng nó lại có vai trò quan trọng trong điều hành và thực hiện các ý đồ của người lãnh đạo.

Cách so sánh của a.Minh hay quá. Chỉ khác chút là thiếu đi một bộ phận nào đó thì con người vẫn có khả năng sống và cống hiến rất tốt. Trong khi, nếu doanh nghiệp thiếu đi một phòng ban thì sẽ chao đảo hơn. Nhưng hình ảnh so sánh vẫn rất thú vị.:)-

Of course! Every department plays an important role in an organization. Otherwise, they will not be created. The issue is, some of the players in some departments do not have a very clear understanding of their roles and deliverables. And so they fail. And when they fail, naturally, the company owner sees the group as liability. Thus, they doomed to their extinction.
But mind you, the managers or company owner/s will reinstate or will form another group to handle the same work...or have the same works done by another existing department. And that I find counter productive due to work overload...or it's what I call a disguised multi-tasking...
