Next time if this happens again, you can ask your boss for help, Thao. I used to be in the similar situation as yours. What I did at that time was to show him how respectful I am. If you are gentle and meek, he won't stop asking. Therefore, sometimes you should show how difficult and strict you are. It's even harder if this is a regular customer or client. In that case, just go to your boss and tell him/her you can't work with this customer/client any more, for example. Your boss will know how to help.
