How can you get job done in your leadership without making people hate you ?

I am so surprise as nobody has interest of it, noone answers to it..
From my experience, I saw many leaders failed from leadership job by diffferent reasons not only from leader skills and competences but from followership issues as well. Around 2/3 workers said that the most stressful aspect of their job is their boss. Most current leaders are narcissistic who knows all about qualities of good leader with high self-esteem, confidence and power but still fails. There are 7 reasons found by research why leaders fail:
- Strict structured system
- Poor decision making
- High salary
- Impossible standard of personal quality
