    This is a difficult time for smaller entrepreneurs who are often selected by companies with a view to cheat them by not paying because they know you are small and you wont pay lawyer to go after them. They may also ask for more work and pay the previous invoice, then you are stuck in a chain of unpaid or just paying the last bill.
    The problem really is when you start with slow paying clients, you end up with bankrupt clients because slow paying shows that the client does not know how to manage their cash and finance.

    1- How to collect existing debt? The most efficient and low-key, high efficiency way is the 'xau ho, mat mat' tactics. And you are right, some of them did not pay late after that. You know the situation of some medium companies with a little reputation but they still own big debts.
