Hi Phuong!
I think it depends on how one identifies his/her goal in each stage of the personal development.
At the early stages of one’s career, one may need to gain experience as much as possible, so he/she can easily accept a job that is not very well paid but with opportunities to learn. At another stage, yet, one may need to earn more money for some personal reason such as covering more expenses etc. and he/she may find it necessary to find another job with better compensation & benefit package. Some may get to the financial freedom and wants to follow their dream which they have never had a chance to give it a try due to some limitations etc. These vary from time to time and also from person to person. In general, there’s always a crucial purpose in each phase of one’s life and it lead one’s decision making process.
Furthermore, human being – generally – tend to have a demand for growing. That’s why many experienced people share that working for a company is not only for earning one’s living but also for one’s personal and professional development in the long term. And that’s why mature people always advise the young ones to be careful when choosing their career and also choosing the employers they want to go with. One should identify why he/she works for this company? What he/she gets from his/her leader, from the job, from peers, etc. Once he/she is clear about what he/she wants, staying or leaving a company is not hard to choose. It’s all about turning one’s career to a new page & that he/she have opportunities to write new chapters.
I’ve learned three questions that one should ask before making the move, which are:
Am I paid adequately for what I’m doing?
Can I learn from this job?
Can I learn from the leader? If you can’t answer 2 of these 3 questions, change the job. :)

I personally think that we should ask ourselves whether the values we care for fits in values of organization. If we don't find our personal core values align with values of organization, then it's about right time to move on...

I think it is important to think about personal satisfaction in work. Many years ago I quit a full time job with great pay and overtime and traded it for a part time but much more pleasing job. I was a much happier person because i enjoyed going to work. I think that in the end it is about figuring out what YOU want to do and finding the ways to make that possible, through planning first but then ACTION. Sure, it will be scary because its ne. However, you might find yourself happier than you have ever been. You won’t know until you go for it!

Apparently, this is about DECISION MAKING that everyday we make hundreds of. Just skimmed through the replies and I realise that most people advised you to focus on:
1. Feel
2. Situation (stuck situation like boring job, no creative, the company does not care for you, etc.)
3. Objective or plan
4. and . . .Mostly is to move on (mean quit the current one)!
For me, I am not going to give any advice/ suggestion on this issue specifically, because I were not you! Just would like to direct you on how to make a "good/ appropriate" decision. Obviously, we do a lot of analysis and calculation before making any decisions. Have you ever asked yourself why you selected the job you are working on? have you ever asked yourself why you choose Mr. A as your boy friend/ husband, why not Mr. B?, etc.
Life is a journey and we do need to have a good plan for it (of cause, in fact many do not have). Most people work hard to have a better life or an ideal one, but how it looks like? not all people spend time to define it.
Studying your question, i am not sure if you have a plan and getting confused or no plan available. For number 1 & 2 above, I assume people who follow those will leave their lives for fates (in fact some people have good ability to feel, but it's just finger counting, not applicable for all people), while no one can be sure if fates exist or not. So why don't we create the one for ourselves!
For number 3 above. People want everything around them to be included in their plan. Me, for instant, I want to have a big villa, I want to have a private Jet, I want to be a billionaire, i want to be the president, I want to have a beautiful wife and smart kids, I want, I want. . . the point is, do I have everything? NO. So I need to pick an appropriate one for me to be and it should be suitable with each period.
Time is limited! so, have you ever asked yourself what your life will be in next 5 years, 10 years and more? each period we need to identify a set of goals to be achieved and once we get them done, move on even you are in a very comfortable environment otherwise your next term will never be met. Why don't you start taking a pencil and draw a line, list out your wishes, prioritise them by giving number to each and get yourself ready to conquer them in turn.
For the ending, always remember that you chose and picked the job, not the job picked you. So the job is not getting bored, but you are bored with it as it is no longer suitable with your goals!
Have happy weekend!
