I agree with you that We have always to be hard working. But please to get the passive income by a smart working not to hardy.

My dreaming about generating passive income even when I was sleeping and without doing any further work.
Not only hard, you need persistence also :).

There're some kind of passive incomes (in Vietnam) as I know by far:
- Saving in the bank (this is normal)
- Buy share on stock market and wait for dividend
- Buy ASSETS and lease them to make money (a house, a car, vending machine...)
- Establish a firm, hire good people, develop it and sell it in stock market (you're still a big shareholder but don't work for it)
