I am considering a problem of myself. Please give me your pieces of advice!

Last day, i got the information from my director. She said that i will move to work in other position as Executive Payroll. However, i have worked as an accountant before. It caused that there are something changes about human resource in company.
I was very surprised. In case that, if you were me, what will you do?
1. Stopping to work in here and find another job.
2. Continue to work as Executive Payroll
3. Contiunue to work as Excutive Payroll for 3 months until find another job.
