Heh. Do you think if you dont open a business right away you will lose that chance forever? What's the rush?

First thing you need to know is that a very big ratio of newly created company dont survive two years. Some not even their first year. You may argue that the experience you gather during those time worth the cost and wasted efforts, of course. I find that argument is like looking for silver lining in a heavy storm cloud.

Second, what do you open your company for? Not generic answer like "making money" please. That is no answer at all. "help me sell my truckload of books I buy for cheap from an acquaintance" is better. "I translate documents for several companies and if I have my own I can charge higher fees, due to company's bills, and when I negotiate with new clients I give better first impression which lead to higher prices" is even more interesting.

Third, Can I do it alone? If not, do I have someone to work with me as a partner in the profit-generating activities of my company? You can hire accountants, you can hire personels, but you absolutely need good people in such activities working alongside with you.

Newly graduated or not, can you answer second and third's questions?
