    Agreed and appreciated with some of points. Self-esteem is one of a very important keys to create inner peace. People set targets to archive, but i does not mean we turn ourselves as a machine. Everyone has diffirent ways to find inner peace eachself. I suppose "THINK POSITIVE" is also a simple key and i have been applying. I agreed that fixed schedule for this is not advisable. I offen listen to my body and feeling say when it desires for a cup of coffee, a song, an outing trip or even for a drink...

    Thanks everyone for your tips. I do practice what you shared and it does helps.
    @ Vu hoang: I meditate by focusing to my breath, sometime count to avoid distracting thoughts and relax to find inner peace. At night, sometime I use a technique called BODY SCAN: Lye down, relax and start focus to the breath. When I feel calm, imagine a fire / small light/ candle light (any light that contain energy...). When I can see that light clearly, move it into my body starting from the navel and move up to chest, face, head, go backward to neck, back, the back of led, go upward again to feet, thigh and then go out through navel. Wherever the light move, that part feel very relax and release all stress and inner pain. However honestly, not every night that I have the right mood to do this exercise:(
    @ Tuan Anh: I like your tips too. I use something named the Life Grid (taught by Susan Jeffer) which include 9 important part of my life (family, health, work, friend, social contribution, spiritual growth, life discovery, wealth and beauty). For each grid, I write down how I want to be in that area, make a plan to work on it frequently and also mediate on the results as if I already have it
