in your opinions, to support vietnam companies overcoming the difficult economic period in present, state bank of vietnam should or should not print money and offer a low rate i.e from 2%pa to 4%pa to commercial banks ? as this will make the banks' lending rate and deposite rate immediately reduce and reach around 7%pa - 8%pa for lending rate and this will support for vietnam companies overcoming the difficult economic period.
