In the trouble time of one company, which skill do you prefer? Leadership or Management?

l just say: With me. Because it need for my job, current position in my job. But if you stand in a highest position in your company you must have leadership skill.

Ms. Van, the meaning of "trouble time of the company" quietly relates to all the problems you mention, I just add one more problem about "human resource", the disorder of HR in trouble time seems to make company become more chaotic.

Pls let me summary a bit, It's no matter which position u take, you should have both leadership & management skills; depending on each situations, each skill should be expressed right time to achieve the best efficiency for company.

If you don't have Leadership skill, you can't become to a Manager in the future because the best important of leadership is your inspirational for your staff

Leadership to lead and Management to control...They are going together. Leaders know how to lead the team in order to control it better. TRUST IS GOOD but CONTROL IS BETTER...

Be an excellent leader and managers will help you the rest of things.
