What are books do you think people should not miss on the way to becoming leaders?

Great question Rosie and thanks to everyone for sharing. I'll have to check out some of those I have not read. By the way, it's interesting that some great leaders make it compulsory for their new team members to read 3-5 books selected by the leader in the first 3 months of joining the company/team. It's a great way to get everyone started on the same foundation and building the culture you want to build. Here are my recommendations for a balanced leader (recommended in this order as well:
Leadership: John Maxwell's Developing the Leader within You, 21 laws, Team, 360, Gold.
Strategy: Jim Collin's Good to Great, Built to Last, How the Mighty Fall. Ken Blanchard's One minute Entrepreneur
Personal Development: Zig Ziglar's See You At the Top
Relationships: Florence Littaeur's Personality Plus, Dr. Gary Chapman's 5 Love Languages

Highly recommended: 360o leadership & Leadership Gold of John C Maxwell;
and all of his book that has been translated into Vietnamese (7 or 8 books IIRC)

.for quick and easy start-up, i would suggest books like "Lãnh đạo và sự tự lừa dối", "Vị giám đốc một phú", "Những nguyên tắc vàng của CEO", "Sách đen về tinh thần doanh nhân" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! this book will give you the very fundamental but seriously important basics of being an entrepreneur)

.for intermediate readings, "Đừng bao giờ đi ăn một mình", "Ai che lưng cho bạn", "Tập trung để khác biệt", "Cuộc chiến phòng họp"

.for deep insights (but not boring), "Thực Thi", "Túi Khôn"

.there are many more great business books that i would love to share, but have a try with these books first ;)

One more -- For those learning English or wanting to improve, find any book on diagramming sentences. This is a tool developed in the late 1800's and most often used by Catholic schools. I think it works in part that it bridges the language arts side of our thinking with the quantitative side.
