The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, (Large Print): A Leadership Fable,The Five Temptations of a CEO and The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive, by J.B Lencioni

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, author Stephen R. Covey. This is also a good one. It helps us to reshape our principles for living with courtesy, honesty, itegrity, self-control, perseverance, human moral...etc.
