.cho nên, theo em thấy thì để sản phẩm của mình đẹp và tốt hơn "trong mắt người tiêu dùng" thì ngoài chất lượng ra thì mình còn đầu tư vào xây dựng thương hiệu trong nhận thức của người tiêu dùng .giống như anh Trung Phở24 chia sẻ trong hội thảo vừa rồi: chất lượng của 10 sản phẩm từ 10 cty khác nhau có chất lượng tương đối nhau, nên vấn đề là để sao cho người tiêu dụng chọn sản phẩm của mình thì thương hiệu (dịch vụ, bao bì, v.v...) rất quan trọng
