Cambridge English Language Assessment
January 2015 - Present (10 years 1 month)Candidates participating in Cambridge ESOL examinations must have the speaking component of the exam assessed face to face by a qualified and experienced examiner. The exams are scheduled throughout by Cambridge ESOL Examinations. The standard and marking are directly aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The Vietnamese government initiated the 20/20 project which places requirements on the majority of university under-graduates and all English language teachers to reach levels of B1 and B2 respectively from an approved provider of such examinations, Cambridge Assessment being the Cambridge University branch that organises the delivery of the exams worldwide.
