Helping individuals and organizations has always been my goal and ambition. In 2011, I have spread my wings and got as many international facilitations. In the year 2012 we will expand teh team and ffer an end to end solution for individuals and cmpanies alike. Henceforth, I am actively contacting people in the specific fields of facilitation, education, lecturing, speaking, and coaching/mentoring with hopes that they will support and help me to achieve my dream.
We have gained a lot of experience from facilitations for clients like Merck Inc., Meta-Lucid, Antioch University, DHBW, etc. Combined with the ability to design, develop, project manage and then deliver the content, my team and I are on a growth path that we want to expand through diversification, among other ways, utilizing LinkedIn.

As of September 2010, I have been selected as a new member to the McKinsey Online Executive Panel.

I interact with my clients, my students, my supporters and followers through:

- Teaching classes at universities around the world
- Offering the opportunity to become a certified coach through The Coaching Academy Europe
- Inviting coaches and self-improvement enthusiasts to join me at the new membership site for Innovision Global LLC

I am always looking for opportunities to engage more people and be of service in a variety of circumstances. I am convinced that the more I help, the more successfully I will achieve all the activities I am involved in.
