Responsible for overall accountability of financial operations for the transformer business in Vietnam, including two factories (distribution and power transformers) and trading with annual volume upto USD 80 million: budget preparation, audit, taxation, financial and management accounting, monthly closing of books of record, KPIs review and cash management.

Cover monthly, quarterly and annual reports of summarizing and forecasting factories business activities and financial position in the areas of income, expenses, earnings and cash flows based on the past, present and expected operations.

Provide insights of business trends and control daily operating costs. Supervise, lead and support staff in controlling and share service teams.

• Restructure costing and pricing system;
• Develop system that can capture cost of poor quality in a failure events, as a starting point to improve quality;
• Cleared off heavy internal audit by bringing the result from inadequate up to adquate (with 92% of completion) within 1 year;
