- Compile monthly management reports such as: sales volume, fixed cost, income statement, and brand & company scorecards.
- Improves financial status by analyzing actual results against budget or last year; monitoring variances & recommending corrective actions to management.
- Maintain up-to-date budget templates and align with cost centers’ owners to prepare annual Fixed Costs budget.
- Perform analytical support for annual review of company’s budgets (income statement, fixed cost, pay cost…) before submitting to executives.
- Coordinate with financial accounting team to execute proper accounting treatments for transactions to comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.

- Responsible for calculating incentive for Distributors, Modern Trade based on monthly sales volume and verifying actual payments.
- Verify profitability of proposals for opening new outlets and suggested financial terms in draft contracts of Modern Trade.
- Monthly prepare accrual entries for recording payable incentive of Distributors, Modern Trade and Outlets.
- Make summary for balances of accrual accounts with clear and detailed breakdown at month end closing.
- Assist Head of department in preparing annual budget of Fixed Costs.

- Directly examine promotional programs in shops, convenient stores, outlets whether to meet with display agreement, summarize in reports sent to Sales Managers.
- Collect feedback from owners of shops and outlets about promotional programs, working behaviors of salesman.
- Identify unreasonable things of promotion programs by discussing with shop owners, then summarize and deliver them to sales and marketing managers.
- Arrange visiting schedule for team members based on the master list of shops, convenient stores, outlets...in the system.
- Clarify with Trade Marketing Manager about requirements of promotional campaigns then communicate with team members about execution way.

- Execute auditing works for in-charge sections such as Receivables, Payables, Fixed assets… following to audit procedures.
- Perform bookkeeping service for 2 clients:
 Verify and input documents, invoices into accounting software.
 Prepare monthly tax declarations (VAT, PIT and CIT) and finalization at the end of fiscal year.
- Assist senior in preparing audit reports.
