Giang is responsible for the overall management and education activities of the Hanoi VIP Education System which actually includes 6 units: Hanoi VIP Kindergarten, Hanoi VIP International Primary School, Alfred Nobel Secondary and High School, VIP Skills Center, VIP Music School and VIP Co-operation and Development Center.

He is also a co-founder of Alpha Books, a popular brand name of business and education publishing company in Vietnam. He himself took part in the translation and localized edition of several valuable books such as "Asian Business Wisdom", "The Toyota Way", "The Nokia Revolution: The Story of an Extraordinary Company That Transformed an Industry", "Marketing in Venus", "The Maverick and His Machine: Thomas Watson, Sr. and the Making of IBM", "Key Management Models: The 60+ Models Every Manager Needs to Know", v.v...

Giang is the founder and chairman of VIET Management, a business consultancy and training company resulted from a relative well-known online forum of management discussion since 2004-2005 as well. He is currently member of the managing board in several other companies such as Companion Travel or TeleStar company (telecom industry).

Giang hold a MBA degree from INSEEC - Paris. He used to be the interim General Secretary of the Vietnamese Students Union in France and is actually the interim General Secretary of the French Alumni in Vietnam.
