- Provide on time and exact recruitment service, performance review service, remuneration service, insurance service, staff entry/exit service, etc.;
oPlan, implement, monitor, assess, manage and develop HR functions aligned to meet the company business plan and strategy;
- Plan, implement, monitor, assess, manage and develop HR policies and procedures aligned to meet the company business plan and strategy;
- Monitor and work closely with staff and/or line mangers when staff issues arise to rectify or escalate within a timely manner in the best interest of company and staff;
- Assist line managers to make clear career path for staff;
- Support other departments to develop their operational policies and procedures for effective work;
- Manage administrative and paper work related to employment of local and foreign staff.
