• Forecast Monthly Cost and Income.
• Review Monthly Cost and Income data, supplier performance, and communicate effectively with suppliers on any changes that will effect to the contract. Ensure 100% income according to the signed contract is collected.
• Review P&L on summary/department/store level & propose the action plan.
• Review Monthly Procurement Incidental to reflect all the activities in Supply Chain in financial view.
- Supplier management:
• Monitor and manage supplier contract & administration: suppliers contract filling and recording all contract condition for refund at month end.
• Accurately calculate and analyst details of cost at Centralized Warehouse and income of Supplier: Income calculation according to signed contract for all indirect suppliers with different flow type (BBXD, PAXD).

• Participate in the forecasting meeting & in collaboration with relevant teams (Marketing/Sales/Finance) to manage monthly rolling forecast update and ensure consistency of data input
• Analyze forecast performance to improve forecast accuracy and support for trend forecasting
• Take further step after Forecasting, draw up a weekly production schedule which balances RPM supply, mechanical resource and manpower availability to meet business demand
• Follow up with manufacturing team to ensure daily production schedule and proficiency are achieved
• Interact with production floor management on daily workshop to resolve issue regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from customer service, business requirement.
• Create production schedule and prioritized work-orders for production optimization.
• Analyze data annually to come up the demand for machines, mechanical, manpower resource.
- Material Planning
• Work on POSM/Gift/Raw/Packaging material (RPM) demand and supply, commit for production to have all material on time in full.
• Manage RPM at feasible inventory level, aiming to optimize stock for sales but storage cost saving.
• Be a mandatory chain in teamwork for innovation/re-launch/banded promotion project that in charge for the part of POSM: estimate material, labor and production cost.
• Minimize business waste during the transition period of re-launch, price increase, down/up weight, between two promotions campaign.
- Procurement
• Accompany and manage suppliers for material/POSM delivery to distributions.
• Foresee risk in delivery from suppliers, figure out the bottleneck/constraint and co-build up the solution.
• Work with Buyers at initial step of promotion projects to explore new suppliers/vendors; take part in bidding team to ensure company be supplied goods with best price, good service, and minimum waste at timely delivery.
• Rank suppliers based on their previous performance (product quality, service provide, delivery, etc.) to consolidate a supplier list that would be dominant to Procurement’s supplier evaluation project which purposes in a long run plan cooperation.
• Study of supplier production, service and reliability; compare pros and cons between suppliers to recommend changes in purchasing/procedure aiming to lean process but effective result.
- Logistic
• Work directly and closely control distribution centers (DC) and third party (warehouse management contract) in term of POSM inventory, banded finished goods production and transferring.
• Co-ordinate with factory/plant to ensure enough dependent stock for production at DC to align with plan.
• Transfer banded promotion stock from Mother distribution to sub distributions, communicate with transport team to ensure stock ready for launch/selling as planned.
• Manage day on hand of material/packaging/POSM at warehouse to align with stock policy setting and flexibility corresponding to company orientation.
- Achievement:
• Production output reliability: commit 98.8% vs target 97%.
• Reduce business waste in term of POSM: achieve 250 vs target 600mio VND per year in 2014.

BOM & PTP Supervisor

April 2008 - October 2010 (2 years 6 months)Join Scancom as Management Trainee with rotation period in Product Engineering, QA, Planning, Production, Warehouse and System Support Departments.
Coach, lead and evaluate 03 subordinate’s performance in delivering BOM for production, profitable product cost for total Wood Category where innovative items are designed.
- BOM of total Wood Category
• Calculate BOM of Wood Cat: liaise with product designer to quantify material consumption (include primary & subordinated material), decide material dimension picked-up, and provide an appropriated scrap allowance for efficient purpose.
• Review, valuate, correct and update BOM when any figured adjustment requires for a better practice.
- PTP of total Wood Category
• Control product cost for a competency PTP, which will be presented to customers.
• PTP Calculation: based on the know-how of factory workstation, manufacturing process and production chains, from the product design/layout effectively defining work-flow and allocate production flow of each new design item by each key milestone.
• Review periodically cost break down by structure of material, conversion, manufacturing, manpower and variable cost to provide alternative resource aiming to be cost saving and competitive product cost.
- Supportive Task
• Monthly reporting: review standard lead-time at each production line and all material consumption matters, recruiting a standard process.
• Set up master file/form with macro function for job convenience across teams.
• Create feasible and reachable excel files that support internal teams in both working and timing management.
