Experience to alignment the information technology with business process. Especially in the Pharmaceutical, I have an insight in Pharmaceutical industry and understand the need of business requirement thru the plans for BTL activities as analysis, forecast, evaluation, validation, tracking trade programs, merchandising, stock inventory and sales performance in customer channel, area..... From that points, I could integrate/consolidate information data from Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ERP application and others data resource to build a Business Intelligence(BI) solution in order to support business decisions, and answer business questions thru multi dimensions analytic reports. Also use BI as source information for checking/validating sales data for incentive computations of marketing/trade program (outlet/FF).
