BCC (my company) is one large-industry cement company in Vietnam, but at here, "IT" ( not only mean IT- department ) has little opportunity to achieve high growth. I'm Information technology engineer, but 10 years of working here I'm not gained many results that really satisfied because here "IT" is not really important with the company. In return I had to manually take the time to learn, develop thinking skills and creative work, but in of self-study is not only to "study" without "do", so I wanted to get a chance to try my best in every job which requires creativity no matter what field, because a simple human creativity can also be adapted to many different jobs?
The biggest reason to keep my current company is working in that I live close to my little family, and some colleagues really understand my characterics, and the most senior leaders in my company can get to know and remember my name..
