GRANEXCO.,Ltd is a Germany company in Binh Dinh province.
Main tasks:
- Participate in contract negotiations at the partner meetings with the Chairman;
- Advice and carry out of granite export procedures
- Design the company policies and set up procedure of compliance
- Draft, review of business contracts and activities of procedures such as exploration, process and export of granite, basalt stones to Germany,Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Japan.
- Support the commercial management teams to review, negotiate and amend customer/suppliers contracts/subcontracts and all other contractual commitments relating to design and supply, supply and installation projects
Achievements:
- Set up two Representative Offices in Hochiminh and Hanoi

Legal advice on transactions and commercial contracts with US partners for Quy Nguyen. LTD in Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to establish the macrobiotic food market according to the Osawha nursing method of This company in the United States.

June 2016,
To protect Mrs Dang Thi Thuy Nhan in a dispute with The Viet Capital Bank at Hochiminh City People's Court. This bank had to cancel the credit agreement illegal and their arising interests, worth up to 15 billion VND

2017 – 2018
Assisting the Investor and the Fresca Riverside - Thu Duc Residential Management Board in providing legal support for purchase and sale transactions. This is a mid-range apartment project invested by SeaHoldings. The project is located in Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, in the completed urban area. Fresca Riverside has a lot of development potential when it is located in the most developed area of Saigon;

2019 to the present
 Completing of procedures to transfer the BSC Vietnam’s Project in Vinh Diem Trung - Nha Trang to the other investor.
 Currently representing for the Client to initiate a lawsuit against Tin Viet Joint Stock Company (Vietcredit) in the People's Court of Binh Thanh District about Vietcredit has implemented unsecured loans with interest rates exceeding the interest rate ceiling of the State Bank; violates the Civil Code on interest rate limits in the agreement.
