Van is currently in charge of Trading team of Navigos Search in Hanoi.

Van started her first job as a headhunter at Bo Le Associates in 2009, was among the first three people who created basic foundation for Bo Le to engage in the market of the North Vietnam. Then she joined Harvey Nash Executive Search, also helped to bring Harvey Nash’s name into the North market. Joining RGF in June 2014 when RGF has acquired Bo Le, she feels like coming back to where she was born as a headhunter. Joining Navigos Search in August 2016 is a challenging mission which is exciting to her; finding a more developing environment and chances to add values to clients. After almost seven years in this professional headhunting industry, she has built herself from a beginner to a professionally trustworthy headhunter; a careful and good listener; a hard working and passionate consultant; and a decisive and also a good advisor to her candidates and clients.

Van is also an active connector in HR who have connected thousands talents with opportunities highlighted in some positions that she have placed successfully like Head of HR, Head of Sales and Marketing, Head of Services, Country Communication Manager, etc. in famous multi national companies.

Prior to executive search business, Van has almost 7 years in development projects where she learnt how to deal with many kind of people that helped her a lot in current career as a headhunter.

Van graduated from Quy Nhon Pedagody University, major in English that helps her connect to the world.
