I have been involved in the software development field since 2007. Until now, I have 11 years of experience; with more than 2 years as Head of Software Development Division, 4 years as Project Manager and 2 years as Vice Technical Director. I and my colleagues have developed Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP). This is a product developed by the engineers of Vietnam, it built on Microsoft’s technology and used the database management system Oracle. This product has been operated at retail chains such as thegioididong.com, dienthoaididong.com, viettelstore.com, heygo.com. In addition, I completed the course in organizational leadership, which can help me to lead my team in the right direction and fulfill the organization's mission. I am currently looking for new opportunities and challenges on my career path. My concern is the position of Project Manager or IT Manager.
