I attended some learnt some highly comprehensive and practical course in my university such as: Human Management, Cost Accounting, Marketing, Marketing Research, Financial Analysis, Project Management, Production Management, Project planning and analysis -which help me to take a wide observation in management. Besides, I’ve joined many HR clubs to improve management skills and expand my network, which is suitable for career interest, namely, recruitment..

I can make a speech in front of audience. I was an MC for a year end party and the training seminar in my company. I have experiences in B2B and B2C service (Internet/Online/Direct Marketing).

Achievement:
 Set up a web blog to manage internal information (guideline, announcement, decision, regulation, report, recruitment, iso,…)
 Set up a practical network on ZALO group to transfer information (useful for ISO and HRM)
 Set up a user-friendly tool on Microsoft Access in order to manage HR database
