• Review and approve credit related retail credit transactions or make recommendation for approval for those outside of limits.
• Comment and implement Credit Risk Management strategy and retail credit product policy in the bank.
• Prepare and review credit analysis of personal credit portfolio, advise regional senior management, executive committees and the Board of any credit events, counterparty defaults and substantial breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive the contribution of regional credit services business requirements across a credit portfolio of regional and local business and IT change projects.
• Report directly to Headquarter Chief Credit Officer, implement other requirements from North CCO.

• Play a key member role of project team taking responsible to setup successfully the centralized retail credit appraisal approval process and loan application workflow procedures applied for the whole Techcombank network.
• Responsible to recruit and setup appraisal and approval team, directly manage and operate team with 35 staff, including 8 credit approval experts.
• Periodically and as required, review, evaluate and improve the centralized credit approval process from time to time in accordance with risk management and retail credit product policy, appraisal and approval guidelines for retail credit.
• Directly approve retail credit, loan applications transferred from Techcombank network, including the branches, transaction sales office from the Middle to the North, as a credit approver role.
• Responsible to ensure the evaluation and approval activities obeyed to product regulations and policies, credit risk management policy of Techcombank and the State Bank, Service Level Agreement - SLA.
• Provide introduction training to appraisal officers and credit approval experts in Team.
• Make personnel plan, recruite for the appraisal and approval Team.

• Directly support to head of Team in the authorized management of 10 officers Team.
• Participate to give comments on drafting and promulgation of regulations, guidelines and documents involving in credit risk management policy.
• Assess the quality of the appraisal report of SME/CIB/Retail loan applications sent from branches, transaction sales offices; directly approve credit as a credit approver role.
• Provide reappraisal comments and suggestions for loans, make reappraisal report and submit to the Credit Committee for approval.
• Guide branches, transaction sales offices to evaluate corporate and retail loans to ensure the credit quality in the control, in compliance with the regulations of Credit Management at Techcombank.
• Participate to give comments on the drafting of credit process and credit risk management policy.
• Periodically make plan and implement credit review programs applied for loans admin at branches, transaction sales offices.
• Guide and train appraisal officers meet the requirements.

• Directly managing credit officers in business department, with staff nearly 20 officers.
• Make plan and implement marketing programs, find customers under stimulus sales programs in the branch.
• Support Board of Directors to implement other business development programs.
• Responsible for evaluating loans in the branch and sign the credit proposal, submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
• Responsible for full control of the documents, loan applications, credit contracts, foreign exchange contract; conduct disbursement supervision in accordance with the regulations of Techcombank, the State Bank.
• To monitor and supervise the collection of loans and to be responsible for credit quality in the branch.
• Make plan to recruit staff, train credit officers periodically.

• Directly managing credit officers in business department, with staff nearly 5 officers.
• Make plan, implement marketing programs, find customers under stimulus sales programs at branch.
• Support Board of Directors to implement other business development programs.
• Evaluate loans in the branch and sign the credit proposal, submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
• Control of the documents, loan applications, credit contracts, foreign exchange contract; conduct disbursement supervision in accordance with the regulations of Techcombank, SBV.
• To monitor and supervise the collection of loans and to be responsible for credit quality in the branch.
• Make plan to recruit staff, train credit officers periodically.
