• Review of Mechanical drawing (design and construction)
• Review of Mechanical shop drawings and product data prior to submittal to the Construction Department.
• Inspect all work to ensure that it meets the local mechanical code requirements.
• Inspect all work to ensure that it is installed with approved products, materials and equipment.
• Control the whole activities of Mechanical work at project including supervisor,management and safety (checking and repairing design-control equipment, material, installing, testing, commissioning, schedule, handing-over, making procedure).
• Searching and checking capability of M&E contractors in Vietnam, Preparing a record bid.
• Searching equipment and material supplier.
• Management of mechanical sub-contractors

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Systems: HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Treatment, etc.
• Review of M&E shop drawing and product data period to submittal to the Atchitect and Engineer.
• Review and comment to the M & E contractor’s monthly schedule update.
• Review of M&E shop drawings and product data prior to submittal to the Architect and Engineer. Assist contractor with the submittal register and specification requirements. • Assist the mechanical and electrical contractor to resolve design coordination matters including structural, Architectural mechanical and electrical problems.
• Inspect all work to ensure that it meets the local mechanical and electrical code requirements.
• Inspect all work to ensure that it is installed with approved products, materials and equipment.
• Keep a record of all weekly reports, inspection results, non compliance reports, site photos, and field memorandums in file for each project site.
• Control the whole activities of M&E work at project including supervisor,management and safety (checking and repairing design-control equipment, material, installing, testing, commissioning, schedule, handing-over, making procedure).
