Assistant Manager – Team leader of Purchasing Management Team | SCM Department
Responsible for purchasing cabinet, preparing new product launches, supplier management and price management including materials and products.
Reporting directly to SCM General Manager and Group Leader.
 Purchase cabinet:
­ Manage and make weekly demand, purchase orders base on review of stock and in transit of material
­ Make monthly forecast to supplier in an efficient manner
­ Monitor shipping schedule to ensure goods are delivered on time
­ Suggest materials which can be applied CO form D to reduce logistics cost for materials imported from ASEAN and follow up with supplier and Logistic team
­ Handle all daily occurred problems and resolve disputes with suppliers as well as with others department to ensure delivery in good manner of time, quality and quantity.
 New product launches preparation:
­ Work in task force team with Engineering, Planning, Quality & Production department to solve all problems related to materials in order to ensure on time of new products launches in the market
 Supplier Management
­ Co-work with Quality Assurance & Production Engineering teams to evaluate and select new suppliers. Be responsible to evaluate Procurement process in supplier and report result to BOD and Headquarter
­ Perform annually supplier evaluating to select best suppliers for company base on technology, quality, responsibility, cost and delivery.
­ Prepare regular contract with Legal team for procurement activities especially on payment term and claim condition.
­ Manage supplier database to provide useful reports for decision making
 Material Price Management (LED, LCD, PDP)
­ Comparing price competitiveness among regional suppliers (southeast Asia) and suggest price for negotiation plan to local suppliers and global sourcing for imported materials
­ Managing price as per plan from headquarter or international market price.
 Product Price Management
­ Comparing price competitiveness among Samsung branches (especially China, Malaysia and Thailand) and suggest negotiation plan or global sourcing
­ Calculating monthly product’s actual cost for Accounting team
­ Planning quarterly and annual product price trend for Marketing team

Import Purchaser – Planning Purchasing Team | SCM Department
In charge of raw materials including resin which supply again to local cabinet suppliers.
 Performing weekly demand, purchase plans and orders of resin
 Making monthly and quarterly material forecast to work with suppliers
 Working directly with and supervising both of oversea and local suppliers to balance their capacity and purchasing plan
 Handle all daily occurred problems to ensure delivery in time, quality and quantity

Local Purchaser – Local Purchasing Team | SCM Department
In charge of Injection and Electric parts including cabinet, stand, bag PE, heat sink, label, manual & power cord.
 Performing weekly purchase orders and monthly forecast to suppliers
 Working directly with and supervising suppliers to balance their capacity and purchasing plan as well as handle all daily occurred problems to ensure delivery in good manner of time, quality and quantity
