- Monthly management report
-Cash flow management (monthly actual report and quarterly forecasting)

-Taking part in finalizing projects (for final statement account at closing projects)
-Monitoring, analyzing expenses by project, revenue by project and margin by project.
-Dealing with the bank on bank security, deposit, loan.
-Dealing with tax office on transfer pricing issues and all other related matters.
-Rebuilding, refiling of fixed documents for disposal
-Being in charge of all kinds of tax (foreign subcontractor tax, CIT, VAT, PIT for local and expat)

-Checking and process the online payment of input invoice
-Preparing monthly reporting
-Weekly cash flow report
-Participate into year end general inventory count check.
-Work with independent auditor for year end audited accounts.
-Primary training before implementing SAP software

-Provide, tracking advance to staffs, reconciliation and confirmation monthly.
-Receiving and checking of payments request for plant operation
-Calculate and follow up accruals for production activity
-Variances analyzing of raw materials usage, raw material physical count at month end.
-Fixed assets, raw material, spare part tracking and movement reports
-Costing for finish- good selling and cost allocation to finish goods in stock.

-Supervision of 3 accounting staffs
-Reviewing all accounting entries and transactions
-Checking inventory, sales, purchases
-Monthly reporting (PL,BS, working capital, bank, capex...)
-Checking payroll and being in charge of health and social insurance matters
-Revising and implementing group’s internal rules.
-Providing summary information on regulation related to company activity according to service
agreement with RE of Total group in Ha Noi.
-Liaise and work with local authorities (tax officer, statistic service, planning and investment service...)
-Budget control (variance analysis) and assistance in making yearly budget.
