Management of both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities of Long Thanh Food Producing plant of Ajinomoto Vietnam. Prepare and execute yearly and monthly maintenance plan for machines, electrical system, and utility facility. Assure the reliability and readiness of equipment. Controlling maintenance expenses within budget and efficient usage.

Studying and executing modification and investment in the plant, such as modification for increasing capacity of powder seasoning mixing system, installing new packing machines of powder seasoning finished product, procuring meat powder extract system,..

Responsible to manage of major projects of Holcim Vietnam, especially all projects which requires complex activities from feasibility study to handover, from civil construction to equipment installation and commission.

Manage a team can be up 17 staffs and three hundred of contractors’ employees on daily work.

Responsible for all project activities: define products, budget, and schedule; suppliers evaluation, tendering, and contracting; monitor budget, site activities, and schedule; communicate/coordinate with suppliers, contractors, departments within Holcim VietNam.

Organize the team and manage both operation and maintenance activities of new systems from commissioning date up to handover.

Implement safety procedures and assure compliance on daily work of all parties. No fatality and no lost time injury for projects since 2006 to August 2014.

Experience in preparing tender document, evaluating offers, and drafting contract document. Familiar with communicating & negotiating with both foreign and local suppliers/contractors. Used to work with European and Chinese contractors.

Responsible to prepare capex budget of 5 years business plan of Holcim VietNam

Prepare budget and manage infrastructure maintenance of Hon Chong plant and housing estate.

1) DDF Modification & Alternative Fuel Installations of Hon Chong Cement plant of Holcim Vietnam, budget: 12.2 million USD, time: November 2012 - August 2014

2) Replace kiln Electrostatic Precipitator (capacity 709'000m3/h) by a bag filter (capacity 746'000 m3/h), budget: 5 million USD, time: Feb. 2012 – July 2013

3) Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant, budget: 17 million USD; time: January 2011 to November 2012.

4) Clay Pit Extension, budget: 56 billion VND; time: January 2010 – March 2012.

5) Thi Vai Slag System, budget:38 billion VND; time: Nov. 2009 – Nov. 2010

6) Hon Chong 2nd packer and cement transporting system, budget: 35 billion VND; time: June 2007 – September 2009.

Other projects: Dosing and feeding system for rubber to DDF of Hon Chong kiln (June 2006 – January 2007), Thi Vai 2nd barge loader (September 2006 – April 2007), Hon Chong SNCR system (March 2006 – November 2006).
