I am a skilled communicator and community organizer, with over ten years experience working with youth, children and vulnerable populations. I began my NGO career as Director of the “Condom Café” program in 1996 (in which I led peer-to-peer information sessions on safe sex and prevention of STDs). I continued to specialize in HIV/AIDS issues, a highly controversial career choice in Vietnam, where HIV is heavily stigmatized and sufferers are predominantly sex workers, drug users, and homosexuals.

My current job is working as Deputy Director/ Community Liaison at the LIN Center for Community Development, which helps foreign and local businesses engage in philanropy, community development and “skilled volunteerism.” In this role, I am responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local not-for-profit organizations and volunteers. I am also the Vietnam Country Representative for SEAPCP (Southeast Asia Popular Communications Programme) and a member of the Global Advisory Council for Teen-AIDS PeerCorps.
