4. SERVER MANAGERMENT
- The Server Administrator will perform administration, configuration, monitoring and updating of server.
- Responsible for the security systems and the security of the computer data on all platforms including encryption, security for vendor transfers and loss prevention monitoring systems.
- Identify and resolve system hardware and software related failures and issues. Ensure systems and business continuity through the implementation and management of disaster recovery procedures and location.
- Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure system availability and performance standards on Window Server 2003 systems(including Domain Controller Server, File Server, Backup Server, Accounting Server, Mail Server Mdeamon, Databases Server.
- Perform and control manual and automatic system checks.
- Develop standard operating procedures and other documentation to perform production support activities.

Being the only key person, in charge of all network/server system and support for 100 end users in Hanoi Branch of Navigos. Work remotely with IT Team in Navigos Headquarter in Hochiminh. Report directly to IT Directory_foreigner.
1.Assures the stable operations of the company’s network and desktop systems including hardware and software.
2. Implements and maintains networks, cables and PABX systems.
3. Configures images, deploys and manages all desktops hardware and software.
4. Manages the Help Desk as needed and support users on applications and system needs.

5. Server room management including Active Directory Server, File Server, Symantec Antivirus Server, Backup Server (Daily, weeks and months).
6. Management Video Conference, Projector, Photocopy, Fax Server.
7. Managing the business relationship and services agreements/contracts with the Internet Service Provice(s), including continues monitoring of performance and value for money, and timely resolution in the event of service interruptions, etc… Monitoring Cisco Switch, Cisco Router, FTTH, Metro Net, Megawan, Draytek, Loadbalancing…
8. Contact with the Provider of information technology equipment including hardware, software, solutions.

1. Advising senior management on the best value for money Internet connectivity options for the number of users in the office, in co-ordination with the regional/head office networking team.
2. Managing the business relationship and services agreements/contracts with the Internet service provice(s), including continous monitoring of performance and value for money, and timely resolution in the event of service interruptions, etc.
3. Support filed users with their communication needs. This may include: overseeing installation of telecommunication facilities like provision of telephone system/mobile telecommunication units like latellite phones, ect.
