Worked closely with Department of Agriculture of BinhThuan on World Bank’s project on development programs of chitosan applications on dragon fruit during 2012 – 2014. Developed and implemented market research designed to evaluate World Bank program efficiency. Drove the development and implementation of media strategies that resulted in accelerated SEF brand identity by providing 200 technical training courses for thousands farmers by SEF agricultural engineers and expanding the sales associates network with more than 300 local participants in BinhThuan province.
Remarkably created brand recognition and promoted organic rice “Gạo Cồn” (Island rice – TraVinh) through innovative promotional efforts.
• Developed and executed project plans and scheduled to ensure excellence quality of factory production in all stages.
• Outlined and created brand identity, packaging & product design following SEF standards
• Set up multiple POS “fresh milled rice on demand”. Developed beneficial distribution deals with local market and supermarket chains, provided products training as well sales tool kits for agency.
Led the development and implementation of annual marketing plans that resulted in increasing brand identity for Siam Eco Farm Corp. by integrated marketing programs with sales tools, website, branding, etc.
