Job Description: (Fulltime)
- Recruitment: In charge of the entire recruitment process from recruiting to evaluate probation.
- Training: Plan, track training, proposing solutions and drafting training programs in soft skills training; training new employees.
- Person evaluation: Design forms personnel evaluation/ monitoring results to work; Tracking results of the evaluation of personnel, labor costs; To person analysis of the unexpected.
-Personnel Analysis: build the competence necessary systems and standards at all levels of them; Design /Supplement the system of job descriptions, job performance standards, guiding the work and guide support staff the internal
- Wage-Salaries: Design salary system, salary scale base on competences required for indirect blocks; Tracking real salary of officers and employees; Propose solutions for personnel salaries and base salary negotiation.
- Drafting of personnel policy: Draft regulation on salary, labor rules, regulation on training; regulation on labour relations.
- Personnel Statistics: Statistics of the situation and the volatility of monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Personnel profile Manageme: Managed personnel profile, data and document comply with the quality management system ISO
