- Maintain good working relationships, co-ordination, discussion and communication.
+ Immediate Manager
- Assist to meet performance targets.
- To direct operation team in their various duties and ensure that the work is completed within the required timescales and the quality standard determined by the internal and external customer, in accordance with YCH Methodology.
- Together with immediate manager participate in problem solving and trouble-shooting improvement process.
+ Vendor (warehouse provider, suppliers)
- Assist immediate manager to ensure all services provided meet YCH’s requirements.

- Ensure proper instructions to operation team on inbound & outbound process and paperwork monitoring.
+ Area Operations staff
- Oversee daily operation plan, instruct area operation team.
- Daily working process review, discussion.

Inventory Management
- Ensure inbound cargo being stacked properly on pallet, put away properly to storing location, update properly in system.
- Ensure outbound cargo being picked from the right location, right cargo, right quantity, and right quality.

+ Supervision of Operations
- Ensure inbound cargo is inspected and receive in the quickest, most efficient manner as possible.
- Agree standards with the immediate manager in the areas of quality and productivity and advise operation team of the required standards. Ensure that remedial action is taken to combat any weaknesses indicated by the operation team.
- Manage dispatch of outbound operations to ensure timely departure.
- Ensure accurate sorting and optimum all inbound & outbound operation time.
- Monitor ground handler and warehouse provider performance and complete all necessary reports.
+ Safely and Quality Assurance
- Direct and maintain a safety program for all employees assigned to warehouse.
- Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within warehouse as prescribed by law and Company policy.
- Monitoring to ensure that operation team operates tools, equipment, and MHE according to prescribed safety procedures.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
- Correct unsafe conditions in working area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.
- Ensure operation team handle products properly as per requirements.
* People Management
Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.
