- Create product roadmap and strategy of the website.
- Turn product strategy and ideas into detailed product requirements.
- Manage and listen to community voice, turn it into product features and improvement ideas.
- Work directly with production team, content writers, designers to get web products launched on time with high-class quality.
- Negotiate and co-operate with partners and suppliers to propose and execute online marketing activities (email marketing, social media).
- Analyze, do research and propose search engine marketing plans.

- Work directly with CEO and be responsible for all web product ideas and documentation for web feature development and improvement.
- Liaise with technology team, content writer, freelancers to make sure Web and application projects are launched on time, quality and cost.
- Plan and manage all online marketing activities: SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media.
- Listen to users, do user tests and propose improvement ideas.
- Co-ordinate and manage PR and Caravat networking event series.
