I am responsible for maintaining its reputation, enlarging the market share, and also improving the profit for all related parties including but not limited to the shareholders, the partners, the clients, and of course the employees.

Achievement highlight:

• Optimizing HR system by restructuring and building a suitable organization, recruiting right staff, doing inhouse training and improving working environment
• Motivating staff by an efficiency KPI system.
• Improving 150% the annual financial result by costing optimization, operational processes reassessment, KPI system successfully applied.
• Improving the project quality and client satisfaction by applying a project management system, and directly solving the big issues regarding to product quality, deadline missing, over-budget, clients’ claims…

SEN is one of the best local HSE consulting Company in Viet Nam. Most of its clients are Oil and Gas Companies and Corporations where safety is always the most important objective in their activities.

With more than 200 people in which around 170 artisans working in factory, Thien Hong Company, a branch of Openasia Group (French), produces and trades the luxury horn, silver and lacquer products with the highest quality standard comparing with the other one in the same industrial. Its most important client is Hermes who takes 90% of our total annual income.
Responsible for P/L and all activities in Company, my major objective is how to satisfy one of the most high-class clients in the World in fashion industry.

• Arousing the client’s demands by developing new exclusive products and materials.
• Strengthening its quality system by Working with sub-contractors to verify their production processes, building, and implementing production planning, QA system, KAIZEN, 5S… for factory.
• Improving the production capacity by researching and developing new technologies, new materials, new production processes as well as improving the working condition and environment.
• Optimizing the resources human by organizing internal and external training and restructuring HR system.

A&B was one of the three biggest aluminum Companies specialize in aluminum and glasses products with around 40 staffs in the office, 200 workers in factory and at site.
I am fully responsible for P/L and all its managerial activities.

• Improving Company performance by building and implementing QC system, KAIZEN, 5S… for factory, improving company's culture, working environment, staff relationship, inter - communication and cooperation.
• Assuring for long-term success by analyzing SWOT, doing market research, looking for new opportunities, contacting and meeting new clients, new sub-contractors and new collaborators… in order to build a suitable development strategy for Company.
• Enhancing marketing activities by rebuilding and updating Company profile and Website, training marketing staff, reviewing client approaching method…
• Being responsible for projects success by engaging to all tender stages like preparing documents, costing calculation, approving the quotation, doing project presentation, negotiating with the Owner and main contractor... and being Project Manager for big and important projects.
