Responsible for maintaining, managing, and implementing all EHS management requirements for multi–plants (A, B, C, D, E). Support implementation, monitoring of EHS programs to ensure compliance with applicable customers' EHS guidelines, regulations, permits, standards. Work with all levels of the plants to identify the necessary actions required to ensure ISO 45001-2018; ISO 14001-2015 Certifications are in place to allow the ‘License to operate’.
Lead EHS Standards to investigate and prevent accidents, incidents, and events that could harm employees and/ or property of the plant. Promote and assist in developing a positive health and safety culture at all levels throughout the plants. EHS training material development and training program monitoring and administration. Provide guidance and advice on EHS management at all levels on the multi–plants. Manages and oversees the interactions with government agencies, EHS professionals, EHS Corporate officers, and all internal safety activities.
